Schedule--Beijing water expo (Apr.17-19 Apr,2017) |

(1)Move-in Time
Apr.15th, 2017, 9:00 am -17:00pm (Exhibitors who set up the booth by themselves)
Apr.16th, 2017, 8:30 am -17:00 pm (all exhibitors)
Address: China International Exhibition Center(No.6,Beisanhuan East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China), Please take your Exhibitor Registration Form to exchange your badges for entering the exhibition center.
(2) Exhibit Time (Apr.17th - 19th, 2017)
8:30am (opening)—9:00（ Only for exhibitors）
(Exhibitors must enter the Exhibition Hall on time; every booth must be one person at the present, in order to avoid losing products)
Visit time: 9:00am—16:30pm (only for visitors)
Close time: 16:30pm.—prohibit visitors enter (site-cleaning)
16:30pm— Close ( cut off the power)
Note: Exhibition hall is not closed during lunch time.
(3)Move-out time
From Apr.19, 14:30pm (must be finished before 21:00pm)
Note: committee shall not handle dismantle procedure before 12:00am on 19th)
In order to maintain the overall image of the Exhibition, Dismantle in advance is prohibited.
Schedule--Shanghai water expo ( Aug 30th - Sep 1st, 2017)(1) Move-in Time:
Aug.28th, 2017, 9:30 am -17:00pm (Exhibitors who

Aug.29, 2017, 8:30 am -17:00 pm (all exhibitors)
Address: Shanghai New International Expo Center(No.2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area Shanghai), Please take your Exhibitor Registration Form to exchange your badges for entering the exhibition center.
(2) Exhibit Time (Aug 30th -Sep 1st, 2017)
8:30am (opening)—9:00（ Only for exhibitors）
